How do I decide which musician I want for my event?
Our home screen offers 8 different focus points, split into 2 separate categories - Act type and Event type.
We've offered it this way in order to simplify the booking process. Once you've selected from the home screen you will be presented with a list of Viral Music acts with links to videos on each profile. Feel free to peruse the acts until you find one that would suit your event and proceed to the booking page.
What happens if I need to cancel an act I've booked?
Mistakes happen, things come up, we know that.
If you cancel your event within 10 minutes of making your booking or 30 days before your act was booked for we'll refund you 100%.
If you cancel within 30 days of the event we'll refund you 50%.
If you cancel within 7 days of the event you will not be refunded.
This is to protect our acts times as to service your event they may have had to turn down other events.

Where does Viral Music operate?
The Viral Music app covers the whole of the UK, we are constantly looking to expand to provide an international service. Although our app only covers the UK, Viral Music provide acts across Europe and the UAE. If your event is outside the UK, please contact matt@viralmusicuk.com to discuss the booking.
How are Viral Music acts vetted?
We do our utmost to ensure that you, the client receive the industry's best acts. It is very important to us that our acts maintain a high standard of professionalism and the highest standard of performance.
Our recruitment process is stringent; all of our acts are conservatoire trained or industry proven, hold their own insurance and go through a thorough vetting process.
From then on we consistently monitor our act's feedback from events to ensure they are maintaining our highest of standards.
